My real estate career began in 1999 with one of the Triad’s largest real estate companies. Successfully helping hundreds of buyers and sellers move locally and nationally, I quickly became an award winning sales producer. However, there is one thing missing from the big firms- a corporate mission to match the values of myself and of my clients.
Leap Realty answers the need of buyers and sellers looking for better options in real estate. A real estate firm that’s main focus is enhancing the lives of their clients through better homes and better living.
My certifications include: EcoBroker, GREEN by National Association of Realtors, Certificate by National Association of Home Inspectors-Green Building, and Green Advantage Certified. In addition, my most recent community and professional involvement includes: Board of Director Piedmont Environmental Alliance, Board of Director for Winston-Salem Home Builders, Executive Board for Triad Green Building Council, Founder of Green Drinks Winston, Committee Member for Piedmont Chapter of USGBC.
It the mission of Leap Realty to enhance the lives of our clients through home efficiency and healthy living. I am motivated by our agents commitment, ethics, value and integrity. I know you will be too when you choose us to help you with your home buying and selling needs.

Patricia has been “house crazy” since she was a child. It’s one of the reasons she majored in Architectural Engineering at NC A&T SU. After college, Patricia worked in engineering and construction for over 10 years before going into real estate. It was during her years working for a contractor specializing in skylight systems that her interest in Green products developed.
Among one of Patricia’s clients is the Self Help Development Community where she is actively marketing several Energy Star Certified new homes. Patirica believes there’s a home for everyone who wants to be a homeowner. Whether a buyer is looking for a fixer-upper or new construction she believes they deserve a home that can be cost efficient, healthy, and aesthetically appealing.
As a home improvement junky, Patricia equally looks forward to helping existing home sellers and owners find product sources that allow them make the improvements they need or want in a cost effective way that will also improve the sale appeal of their property.
Outside of real estate, Patricia enjoys volunteering, reading, and spending time with her family (which usually involves some intense board game play). Call Patricia today to help you realize the benefits of homeownership in Guilford County.
